The air purge valve is a replacement for the part that is included with Bestway® and Flowclear™ 2,500 gal. cartridge filter pumps. This purge valve is also a replacement for Power Steel® pool sets that include a 2,500 gal. cartridge filter pump. The replacement valve will screw onto the top of the filter cap to discharge air when maintaining the pump.
